SPRING 2010 NU-VENTURE BUS CHANGES

primarily affecting the Malling rural area, also Larkfield, Ditton, Aylesford, Eccles, Burham and Wouldham. 

 

Bus 58 (Trottiscliffe - Ryarsh - Birling - W & E Malling - Maidstone Hosp - Maidstone, Mondays to Saturdays): From 12 April 2010, Nu-Venture will continue to operate the Mondays to Fridays peak-time (schooldays) service on Bus 58.

 The Mondays to Saturdays off-peak service 58 will be operated under contract to Kent County Council by Arriva, with minor timetable changes. ALL NU-VENTURE TICKETS WILL BE VALID ON JOURNEYS OPERATED BY ARRIVA

 

Bus 71 (Lunsford Park - Larkfield - A20 - Maidstone, Mondays to Saturdays evenings): Mondays to Saturdays Evening services currently operated under contract to Kent County Council by Nu-Venture will pass, on routine re-tendering, to ARRIVA from 12 April 2010.

Bus 81: Ditton Corner - Larkfield - E Malling - Leybourne - W Malling - Kings Hill - Wrotham School (schooldays) currently operated under contract to Kent County Council by Nu-Venture will pass, on routine re-tendering, to ARRIVA from 19 April 2010.

Bus 88: Grove Green - Maidstone - Wateringbury - Kings Hill (Mondays to Fridays) currently operated under contract to Kent County Council by Nu-Venture will pass, on routine re-tendering, to ARRIVA from 12 April 2010.

Bus 158: Maidstone Hospital - Woodlands Rd - Ditton - Aylesford - Eccles - Burham - Wouldham (Mondays to Fridays) currently operated under contract to Kent County Council by Nu-Venture will pass, on routine re-tendering, to ARRIVA from 12 April 2010.

 

Please note that  the following Nu-Venture services remain unaltered:

70: LUNSFORD PARK / WEST MALLING / OFFHAM / BOROUGH GREEN (Mondays to Saturdays)

123: KINGS HILL / WEST MALLING STATION

151: KINGS HILL / WEST MALLING / SNODLAND / CHATHAM

 

New services 406/470 commence 26 April 2010 and restore a direct 'shoppers bus' between Borough Green, Offham and Maidstone Hospital/Maidstone on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
